Universal sliding semi-trailers of TZP “Atlant” with a removable tailboard are four trailers in one: a regular trailer, a loading hopper-accumulator, an organic fertilizer spreader and a beet loader.

Principle of operation of semi-trailers TZP ATLANT:

The semi-trailer is unloaded by the sliding method. First, the tailgate is opened and a hydraulic cylinder is activated, which moves half of the bottom together with the front wall – pushing the cargo back. When reaching the middle, another hydraulic cylinder is activated, which moves only the front wall to the end of the semi-trailer.

Advantages of TZP Atlant semi-trailers:

– stability of the semi-trailer when unloading on slopes. It will never overturn on silo pits;

– unloading in low rooms with a ceiling height of 4.4 m;

– presses green mass, silage, haylage – thereby taking 30-50% more load;

1. “ATLANT” – Organic fertilizer spreader

The spreading mechanism is installed instead of the rear side of the semi-trailer, is driven by the tractor’s PTO, at 540 rpm. It is equipped with an automatic safety system – a torsion load regulator, which at peak loads stops the supply to the spreading beaters, blocking the oil to the hydraulic cylinder. The application width is up to 18 meters (up to 24 m – feces and chicken droppings). To apply feces, chicken droppings, a hydraulic folding side is installed on the spreading mechanism, which completely covers the beaters, leaving only the lower plates with blades.

2. “ATLANT” – transfer bunker accumulator

The loading auger is installed instead of the rear side of the semi-trailer, it is driven by the tractor’s PTO at 540 rpm. The auger’s productivity is 6 tons per minute, the auger diameter is 520 mm. It is equipped with an automatic safety system – a torsion load regulator, which at peak loads stops the supply of grain to the unloading auger, blocking the oil supply to the hydraulic cylinder. The auger is equipped with a hydraulic damper that regulates the rate of grain supply to the conveyor.

3. ATLANT – beet loader (beet harvester)

Used for:

• stacking beets in piles at the edge of the field.
• transporting beets from the combine;
• reloading beets into a car;

Advantages of the beet loader:
– 30% increase in productivity of the beet harvester. The harvester is unloaded on the go.

– laying beets in perfect piles. The beets are laid in parallel, which allows you to control the uniformity and height of the beet pile. In addition, parallel laying has advantages over laying with dump trailers or a car that digs a rut. From which it is extremely difficult for the picker to collect all the beets.

– safe beetroot extraction at night;

– reduction of soil compaction. Atlant semi-trailers use low-pressure tires, which compact the soil much less than cars. In addition, the tractor semi-trailer has much better cross-country ability on wet autumn fields;

– reloading beets at the edge of the field into another vehicle.

The principle of operation of the beet grinder:
