Our factory offers for sale two excellent models of grain loaders, indispensable in agricultural work. These are high-quality mechanisms, with a receiving hopper volume of 12 cubic meters, capable of overloading 180 tons per hour.

• BNP-12 Kovcheg – mobile ground-based grain transfer bunker. Due to the design features, lateral unloading of transport (KAMAZ 55102) is possible, bypassing grain losses. Equipped with a mechanism that instantly returns the bunker to the transportation position. In the event of an emergency stop, there is a gate with a channel for cleaning the vertical auger to restart the bunker without additional load. For filling railway cars, there is a function of additional unloading height (up to 5.5 m) with splitting of the grain flow.

This model of grain receiver allows you to load a spreader or seeder directly in the field, without reloading at the tillage, which significantly saves resources and time.

BNP-12 interacts with the KamAZ 55102 vehicle, popular for agricultural farms. The presence of a special extension of the receiving hopper prevents grain losses.

BNP-12 is used for loading: grain trucks, wagons, ships (barges), mineral fertilizer spreaders and seeders, BigBag bags.

• BNP-12E Ark – electric ground-based reloading mechanism for grain crops. The hydraulically controlled side folds out, making it possible to unload the KAMAZ 55102 type cargo transport sideways, avoiding grain losses. The equipment is driven by an electric motor. Equipped with a pumping station with a hydraulic distributor. The unloading height reaches 5.5 m when the grain flow is split, making the process of filling railway cars as fast and convenient as possible. 380 watts are required to power four electric motors. If necessary, the electric “Ark” can operate from the tractor’s PTO, for this you need to remove the electric drive belts and connect the cardan shaft to a tractor with a power of 82-120 hp.

The functionality of the “Ark” ground-based reloading bunkers allows for the use of not only grain, but also silage, wood chips, and pellets.
