History of “Zavod Kobzarenko” LLC
The company was founded in 1993 by agronomist Anatoliy Kobzarenko, who started producing garden carts in his own garage. Over time, the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of trailed agricultural machinery in Ukraine.
In 2004, production was moved to Lipova Dolyna (Sumy region), where modern production facilities were built on the basis of old grain storage facilities. By 2016, the production area reached more than 15,000 m² on 12 hectares.
In 2007, the company began its own development of trailer equipment, and in 2013 received the international quality certificate ISO 9001.
In 2017, the company acquired a plant in the city of Mouldings for the production of household trailers. By 2019, the production area amounted to 6,000 m² on 10 hectares.
In 2020, with the support of the European program, a 5,000 m² plant was opened in Poland (Kleszczów). In 2023, the Polish site was expanded to 9,000 m², a powder coating line was introduced, and another 4.5 hectares of land was acquired. Also in 2023, a trade and exhibition area was opened in Khmelnytskyi.
In 2021, the company lost its founder, Anatoliy Kobzarenko. His leadership, principles, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to guide the entire team.
The year 2024 was marked by the restructuring of the company and the creation of the Kobzarenko Group of Enterprises.
A new management model was introduced:
- New directors were appointed at the plants in Lipovaya Dolyna, Poland and Romny;
- the Supervisory Board was formed and headed by Dmytro and Maria Kobzarenko.
The Supervisory Board makes all key strategic decisions, approves investment projects, manages the transformation process, and monitors the operational efficiency of the enterprises.
