With a removable tailgate, Atlant is used as 5 trailers in one throughout the year:
- a conventional tailgate and you have a trailer for cargo transportation
- auger board and you have a storage hopper
- a side with a manure spreader and you have an organic fertilizer spreader
- a board with a direct conveyor and you have a sugar beet bagger
- board with a curved conveyor and you have – a sugar beet reloader in a car

Kobzarenko Plant was the first Ukrainian manufacturer to develop a folding semitrailer TZP-39 Atlant (30-ton capacity, 40 m3 volume), which is not inferior to European counterparts. The uniqueness of this semitrailer lies in its horizontal unloading system – a movable front wall. At first, the front part of the bottom together with the front wall is moved backwards by a hydraulic cylinder and pushes out the rear part of the load, after which the third hydraulic cylinder is activated, and the front wall, moving along the guides to the end, pushes out the second part of the load itself. This unloading system makes it possible to install a manure spreader and a reloading auger on the semitrailer. In this case, only the front wall, which is replaceable, is removed. Despite the fact that the TZP-39 semitrailer is quite large and heavy, it maneuvers well thanks to the first and third steering axles.
The main advantages of Atlant sliding trailers
- stability of the semitrailer during unloading on slopes. It will never roll over in silos;
- unloading in low rooms with a ceiling height of 4.4 m;
- It presses green mass, silage, and haylage, thus taking 30-50% more cargo;
- unloads green mass in a uniform layer in silos;
- When harvesting sugar beets, it makes pits up to 3 meters high without the use of other special equipment;
- spreads organic fertilizers up to 24 meters wide;
- transfers grain, corn, and sunflower to grain trucks;
- Reduced soil compaction. Atlant semitrailers use low-pressure tires, which compact the soil much less than cars. In addition, the tractor semitrailer has much better cross-country ability on wet autumn fields.
