The reloading auger
The “Atlant” configuration with a reloading auger turns the trailer into a universal grain transfer unit. The adjustable rear board allows quick switching between functions, while the moving-floor system ensures safe unloading. European components guarantee reliable performance during the harvest season.
How it works:
The reloading auger.
It is mounted on the rear side of the semitrailer and is driven by the tractor’s PTO at 540 rpm.
The auger capacity is 6 tons per minute and the auger diameter is 520 mm. It is equipped with an automatic safety system – a torsion load regulator, which stops the grain supply to the discharge auger at peak loads by cutting off the oil supply to the hydraulic cylinder. The auger is equipped with a hydraulic flap that regulates the rate of grain feeding into the conveyor.
