Dissolvable nodes of the RZS
Mobile solution and refueling stations for plant protection products and pesticides.
Preparation, transportation and refueling of plant protection products.
Refueling a sprayer in the field takes 5 minutes – a solution refueling station reduces sprayer refueling by 8 times! Today, the Kobzarenko Plant offers 8 models of RZS. Depending on the volume of the tank, there are semi-trailers with capacities of 3, 6, 11, 12, 16, 20 and 30 cubic meters.
Characteristics of RZS solvent filling stations
Stainless steel tank semi-trailer for high-quality preparation, mixing and dosing of pesticide stock solution. It consists of a tank for clean water and compartments for preparing pesticides and CAS.
Complete set of soluble filling stations RZS
Washer.
Sprinkler washers are used to clean the barrel from pesticide residues. Clean water is supplied under a pressure of 6 atmospheres, cleaning the barrel before the next batch of pesticides, without impurities from the previous preparation.
Chemical mixer.
The 35-liter tank (other capacities are available) is designed for convenient loading of medications at chest level without having to climb onto the tank. Through-the-tank pumping cleans the tank, eliminating contact of medications with hydration.
Nozzle.
Mixing of the preparation is carried out by nozzles (depending on the volume from 4 to 8 pcs.). The arrangement of the nozzles creates two vortex flows that stir the preparation in the shortest possible time. The lower location prevents the formation of foam and the settling of heavy particles of the preparation.
Pump:
Hypro motor pump, hydraulic roller pump, tractor PTO diaphragm piston pump. The Hypro 2 6.5 hp motor pump delivers 757 liters/min, handling solids up to 0.95 mm in diameter.
Filter.
The filter purifies 1300 l/min, protecting the motor pump from damage by large particles.
Electronic meter with cut-off. Precise control of loaded preparations. When the set value is reached, the cut-off device blocks the feed into the barrel, guaranteeing the dosage set by the agronomist.
The process of working of RZS mortar stations:
1. We pump water, dosing it with a meter into each compartment separately.
2. We measure the acidity (pH) and hardness of the water, and if necessary, add adjuvants to stabilize the water.
3. Pour the pesticide into the chemical mixer.
4. We rinse the containers after pesticide application in a mixer (we use all the pesticide).
5. Continuously mix the solution with a motor pump for 2 hours.
6. Fill the sprayer – dose the solution through the meter.
7. Rinse the working compartments with a shower with centrifugal nozzles and drain into the sprayer.
BENEFITS OF USING A MOBILE SOLVENT FILLING STATION:
1. Reducing the impact of the human factor:
a) refueling at the pesticide warehouse (once a day) makes theft impossible;
b) when involving (as a rule) unskilled workers for auxiliary work when applying pesticides, it eliminates errors in the dosage of the drug, since the solution is prepared once a day under the supervision of a specialist;
2. Increase the area processed per shift by up to 70%.
In a 6-hour shift, the sprayer makes three refuelings (1 hour of work, 1 hour of refueling). With a 10-minute refueling, the treated area increases by 70%.
3. Economic effect.
Mixing the working solution for 2 hours provides 100% use of the active ingredient. This eliminates the need for repeated spraying by up to 30%, which entails logistics and additional labor costs.
4. Environmental effect.
Empty containers from under the ZZR do not spill on forest belts and do not spill on car bodies during transportation.
5. Permissive effect.
No need to obtain permits from the sanitary station, environmental service, and designers, as for stationary soluble units.
6. Ease of use.
The ability to prepare complex solutions with the addition of adjuvants and full control over the pH of the medium and the salt content.
7. Practicality.
When topping up half-empty sprayers, there is no need to recalculate the % of SPD, which eliminates errors.
8. Savings on logistics.
The correct choice of nozzles, adjuvants, and good preparation of the solution make it possible to reduce use to 100 l/ha.
