Universal sliding semi-trailers Atlant
Beetroot reloader
The “Atlant” version for beet loading combines the capabilities of a movable trailer with effective logistics for root crops. The interchangeable rear board allows the equipment to be adapted for different crops and operations. Reliable European components ensure stable operation in intensive conditions.
Characteristic:
| Name | Gagging machine | Reloader |
| Unloading height, m | up to 3.0 | up to 4.5 |
| Purpose | removal of beets from the combine;
laying beets in piles |
removal of beets from the harvester;
laying beets in piles; loading beets |
| Ropa conveyor width, mm | 900 | 900 |
How it works:
The front wall feeds the beetroot onto a slat conveyor, which is driven by a hydraulic motor from the tractor’s hydraulics. The beet reloader is equipped with an automatic sensor that, in the event of an overload, shuts off the front feed wall by cutting off the oil supply to it.
Kobzarenko Plant LLC produces 2 types of sugar beet gassers, which are mounted on the back of Atlant universal sliding trailers.
- A beetroot harvester for beetroot up to a height of 3 meters. It is used for laying beets in piles at the edge of the field.
- Beetroot reloader up to a height of 4.5 m. This trailer option is more versatile and is used for stacking beets in piles and loading them into vehicles. Thanks to the 1.5 m nose, it throws the beets into the middle of the body.
Complete set of a beet reloader:
- ROPA conveyor – width 900 mm, bar diameter 12 mm, slat 160 mm. Possibility of unloading at extreme angles
- Danfoss OMT-400 hydraulic motor (as on ROPA)
- ROPA drive wheels, collapsible rubber rollers with increased wear resistance
- Hydraulic cylinders for opening the gate, lower and upper parts.
- Control panel for selecting the operating mode, indicator of sensor operation
- Slide gate travel limit sensor, automatic sliding wall stop
- Safety valves, automatically adjustable slide gate
Advantages:
– 30% increase in productivity of the beet harvester. The harvester is unloaded at the entrance.
– laying beetroot in perfect piles. The beet is placed in parallel, which allows you to control the uniformity and height of the beet pile. In addition, parallel laying has advantages over laying with dump trailers or a vehicle that crushes the track. It is extremely difficult to pick up all the beets with a pickup truck.
– safe beet harvesting at night;
– reducing soil compaction. Atlant semitrailers use low-pressure tires, which compact the soil much less than cars. In addition, a tractor semi-trailer has much better cross-country ability on a wet autumn field;
– transshipment of beetroot at the edge of the field, into another vehicle.
