High-quality McHale balers operate at a speed of 20 km/h and pack 500-600 bales in 8 hours, i.e. 100 hectares of field are packed in 24 hours after the combine. The belt bale wrapping system allows you to lay a dense core, and then tie a bale with a diameter of 1.7 m, which significantly speeds up logistics – both transportation and storage and use of straw. McHale balers have a high-rolling roller and a working width of 2.1 m, which covers the straw walker strip of the combine well.

All equipment is very mobile and maneuverable, wheels and running gear easily cope with field soil. The hay material is captured by automatic forks quickly, the load is securely placed on the platform, preserving its original shape. The unloading principle is also very convenient, based on methods of shifting bales using the front wall, usually through the rear side, ensuring easy sliding. All related equipment and parts are securely hidden by the structures of the mechanisms, which increases their service life.

Among the wide range of bale carriers: for 12 rolls (PT-12), 18 rolls (PT-18), 24 rolls (PT-24) and 30 rolls (PT-30), we draw your attention to the self-loading bale carrier trailer PT-24, which collects, transports and unloads bales itself. It can transport 24 rolls of any diameter and any weight at a time. The principle of its operation is that a hydraulically reinforced paw equipped with three hydraulic cylinders picks up the roll on the move and throws it onto the platform, then the movable front wall, driven by a hydraulic motor and chain drive, is activated, it pushes the rolls onto the platform. Having loaded a full platform, the bale carrier transports the rolls onto the stack, where it unloads them without the help of other means. When unloading, the front part of the platform rises, creating an inclined surface, and the movable front wall pushes all the rolls down.
