Solution filling station RZS-20
The RZS-20 simplifies the preparation and delivery of mother and working solution, increasing the efficiency of fertilizer and pesticide application. Its large volume and precise dosing reduce the consumption of products and eliminate errors. Two injector washers for each tank ensure cleanliness after use, and filling the sprayer directly in the field allows for a twofold increase in application productivity. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation in the field and on the farm.

How it works:
The use of the RZS-20 soluble unit increases the productivity of spraying fields by 2 times, thanks to refueling the sprayer directly in the field in 5 minutes!
The stainless steel barrel RZS-20 consists of three sections (9.5 + 9.5 + 1m3)
or it can be two-sectional (19 + 1m3).
This technique is used for:
- preparation of mother and working solution
- transportation of pesticides and UAN to the right place
- precise dosing and refueling of sprayers according to the meter.
The 20 m3 tank, 1900 mm in diameter, is divided into three parts by two blank partitions:
- two sections for working fluid (9.5 m3 each);
- one section for clean water (1m3 ), which will be used for washing the first and second working sections of the barrel.
The tank is cylindrical, made of stainless steel, wall thickness 5 mm.
The frame is reinforced, made of black metal, painted with two-component polymer paint.

- Wheels 560/60 R 22.5 (permissible load 6300 kg at 30 km/h).

For ease of use, the barrel is equipped with a ladder with a platform.
The Scharmuller trailer ring (Austria) is individually selected depending on the tractor.
The brake system is also individually selected, whether it is single-circuit, dual-circuit or hydraulic.
The solution preparation system consists of:
- chemical mixer (100 liters);
- a counter for counting the amount of fluid pumped in and out;
- HONDA 3”motor pump , which ensures filling the tank and sprayer alternately from each tank;
- two vane pumps (one for each working section), which ensure the preparation of the working solution, agitation and flushing of the tank;
- a water intake valve for pumping in and out water.
For washing, two injection washers were used for each working tank separately. For agitation, 4 anti-foam hydraulic mixers were used for each working tank.
The mobile mortar unit RZS-20 allows for agitation (mixing of the working solution independently in both tanks) and rinsing of the working tanks with clean water. A chemical mixer is used to take the solution from portable tanks and rinse them, as well as to prepare a preliminary mother liquor.
