RZS-11 simplifies the application of liquid fertilizers, pesticides, powdered, and granular substances. The ability to prepare complex solutions minimizes errors in the dosage of the preparation, as the solution is prepared once a day under the supervision of a specialist. The mobile station easily integrates into the workflow, suitable for fields, greenhouses, and elevators, prevents spillage of empty containers, and ensures full payback within just one season.

How it works:

Mobile solvent filling station for plant protection products and liquid fertilizers RZS-11

Design features of the RZS-11(2): a tank with a volume of 11m3, consisting of sections of 10+1m3  (or 5+5+1m3), made of stainless steel. With the help of a centrifugal pump with a hydraulic drive, it pumps the volume of water necessary for the working shift of the sprayer (sprayers) from a reservoir up to 5 m deep or from large tanks (60m3). Filtration of the pumped water is provided by two 3” suction filters.

If deviations are detected when checking the water for salt and acid content, we add adjuvants to the chemical mixer (volume 70-100 liters) located on the tank to prepare the water for the optimal chemical composition.

Plant protection products (PPPs) are poured from small canisters or sucked into the chemical mixer from large flasks, calculating the amount of PPPs per day’s spray rate. Using a system of three-way valves, the mobile station is switched to the mixing mode (agitation), based on the movement of prepared water from the tank through the chemical mixer and feeding it to eight injection agitators located in the tank.

Attention! For the perfect preparation of the working solution, the agitation process should be carried out for at least one hour! If agitation is less than 1 hour, 20% of the active ingredient of the plant protection product has no effect.

The solution can be mixed during transportation to the sprayers in the field.

The sprayer is refueled by the same centrifugal pump using a hose through a quick-release Euro connection, at the end of which there is a check valve that prevents the residual pesticides from flowing out of the hose after refueling.

If there is a residual solution in the sprayer (at the edge of the field) that is not enough to complete a full run, we add from the refill tank directly to the full sprayer (without a refill tank, you need to add water and recalculate the amount of herbicides).

Refueling the sprayer takes 5-10 minutes (without it – more than an hour). The amount of liquid is accounted for by a meter installed after the pump.

After spraying, we wash the refueler with service water, which is located in a separate 1m3 compartment, through 4 washers located in the upper part of the 11-cubic meter tank.

Advantages of using the RZS-11 mobile filling station:

1. Reducing the impact of the human factor:

a) refueling at the plant protection products warehouse (once a day) makes it impossible to steal;

b) when (as a rule) low-skilled workers are involved in auxiliary work during the application of plant protection products, it makes it impossible to make a mistake in the rate of the preparation, since the solution is prepared once a day under the supervision of a specialist;

2. Increase the area processed per shift by up to 70%

During a 6-hour shift, the sprayer makes three refuelings (one hour of work, one hour of refueling). With a 10-minute refueling, the treated area increases by 70%.

3. Economic effect

Stirring the working solution for two hours results in 100% utilization of the active ingredient. This eliminates the need for re-spraying by up to 30%, which entails logistics and additional labor time.

4. Environmental effect

Empty containers for plant protection products do not spill on forest lanes and do not spill on car bodies during transportation.

5. Permissive effect

No need to obtain permits from the sanitary and epidemiological station, the environmental service and designers, as for stationary dissolvable units.

6. Ease of use

The ability to prepare complex solutions with the addition of adjuvants and full control over the pH of the medium and salt content.

7. Practicality

When refilling a half-empty sprayer, there is no need to recalculate the % of plant protection products, which eliminates the error.

8. Technological and agrochemical support

Kobzarenko Plant LLC provides consultations on issues:

– Mixing of plant protection products;

– Selection of adjuncts;

– Selecting spray nozzles.

9. Savings on logistics

The right choice of nozzles, adjuvants, and good solution preparation can reduce the consumption to 100 liters/ha.

Full payback in one season.
