How it works:
RZS-30 equipment (14+14+2)
The 30m3 tank with a diameter of 2300 mm is divided into three parts by two blank partitions: two sections for the working fluid (14m3 each); one section for clean water (2m3), which will be used to wash the first and second working sections of the barrel.
Also, this tank can be two-section (28 + 2m3)
Complete set of RZS-30
- Cylindrical tank with a water softener inside, made of stainless metal, wall thickness 6 mm.
- The frame is reinforced, made of black metal, painted with two-component polymer paint.
- ADR (Italy) three-axle spring suspension, 130×2400 mm axles, first and third axles with steering, first two axles with brakes. Payload capacity is 36 tons.
- Wheels 560/60 R 22.5 (permissible load 6300 kg at 30 km/h).
- Lighting 12(24)V.
- Replaceable trailer ring Ø40, 50 or 90 mm (Scharmuller, Austria).
- Hydraulic support of the drawbar.
- The pneumatic brake system is dual-circuit (single-circuit) or hydraulic.
- A ladder with a platform for maintenance.
- Intake valve (for inlet and outlet) Ø3”.

Functions of the RZS-30 (14+14+2) mobile solvent filling station:
- Filling the tank from a reservoir;
- Refill sprayers from the tank;
- A centrifugal pump fills the tank and sprayer alternately from each tank;
- Accounting for the amount of liquid being pumped in/out;
- Preparation of the working solution – chemical mixer with a volume of 100 liters (mixing of liquid, powder and granular substances. The mixer includes a kit for sucking chemical liquids directly from canisters);
- Agitation (mixing) of the working solution in the tank using 8 anti-foam hydraulic mixers for each working tank. Mixing of the working solution is carried out independently in both tanks;
- The working tanks are washed with clean water independently in both tanks using 4 injector washers, which are located in the upper part of the tank for each working tank separately;
- Loading of powder and granular substances using mesh basket filters;
- External washing of the barrel.
