Solvent filling stations
Solution filling station RZS-6
RZS-6 allows for quick preparation and delivery of liquid fertilizers for fields or greenhouses. The station features a convenient dosing system, reliable pumps, and a sturdy frame. Using RZS-6 reduces fertilizer costs, increases application accuracy, and saves time for agricultural enterprises. Its compact and mobile design simplifies transportation and integration into the workflow.

How it works:
Tank semi-trailer RZS-6 for mixing and dosing of the solution
RZS-6 equipment
The 6m3 tank, 1400 mm in diameter, is divided into two parts – for working fluid (6m3) and for clean water (0.5m3), made of stainless metal, cylindrical in shape with a water softener inside.
Complete set of RZS-6
- stainless steel of high chemical resistance (food grade);
- Pneumatic braking system (single-circuit, dual-circuit);
- separate working and rinsing chambers;
- ADR axis (Italy);
- 550/60-22.5 wheels (permissible load of 5.15 tons per wheel at 40 km/h).
- Pronar disks (Poland);
- hydraulic support of the drawbar;
- trailer ring 40 mm in diameter, 50 mm Scharmüller (Austria);
- Domar mudguards (Italy);
- 12 (24) V lighting;
- a ladder, service platforms;
- meter for accounting for the amount of liquid being pumped in/out; Meter with an electronic gate valve;
- chemical mixer (35 liters)
- HYPRO motorized pump (250 l/min, 2”; 600 l/min, 3”) for pumping/unloading and campaigning;
- AR 135 Bp diaphragm piston pump for pumping out of a chemical mixer;
- 2” (3″) hose for pumping and discharge – 6 m.
Functions:
- Filling the tank (6m3) from a reservoir;
- Refueling sprayers from the tank (6m3);
- Preparation of the mother liquor – chemical mixer (35 liters);
- Agitation (mixing) of the working solution in the tank;
- Tank rinsing.
Work process:
- We pump water with a pump, dosing it with a meter into each compartment separately.
- We measure the acidity (pH) and hardness of the water, and if necessary, add adjuvants to stabilize the water.
- Pour the plant protection products into the chemical mixer.
- Rinse the containers after plant protection products in a mixer (use all the pesticide).
- Using a motor pump, stir the solution continuously for 2 hours.
- Refuel the sprayer – dose the solution through the meter.
- Rinse the working compartments with a shower with centrifugal nozzles and drain them into the sprayer.
The 6m3 vacuum tank is equipped with a centrifugal pump with a HYPRO motor pump(250 l/min, Ø2” or 600 l/min, Ø3”), which will ensure quick filling of the tank and sprayers, preparation of the working solution, agitation and rinsing.
The self-priming function on the centrifugal pump allows for filling from a water reservoir from a depth of 3 m. The filtration of the injected and discharged fluid is ensured by a single Ø3” suction filter.
The preparation of the working solution (mixing of liquid, powder and granular substances) is carried out using a 35-liter chemical mixer. The mixer includes a set for suction of chemical liquids directly from canisters. Agitation (mixing) of the working solution in the tank is carried out using 8 injector agitators.
At the end of the work, the barrel is washed from a 0.5m3 clean water tank through four washers located in the upper part of the tank. The tanks are equipped with lockable filler caps, an air valve and a filter.
The amount of liquid being pumped in/out is recorded by a Ø2” (Ø3”) liter meter with a display on it. with or without a separator for the mother liquor. The discharge line (sprayer filling) and the suction line (tank filling) are organized by a system of three-way ball valves with a Ø2” (Ø3”) bore, which ensures high pump efficiency up to 250 l/min (600 l/min). The small volume of the hoses and all components ensures high dosing accuracy.
