Wagon loader RVM-180
RVM-180 is an effective wagon loader for grain, seeds, and bulk products. The powerful auger system ensures uniform supply without damage. The sturdy frame on wheels allows transporting the equipment with a regular tractor, and the horizontal augers are driven by the PTO of the tractor or an electric motor. RVM-180 operates in challenging conditions at elevators, warehouses, and port terminals, saving time, minimizing losses, and increasing the productivity of the agricultural enterprise.

Mobile wagon unloader / loader RVM-180
An innovative development from Kobzarenko Sp.z.o.o (Poland) is a frame-mounted auger unit with a running system that accommodates 8 horizontal augers and one folding vertical auger.
The RVM-180 has a frame on a chassis with wheels, which allows it to be transported by a conventional tractor. The machine has 8 horizontal augers that direct the mass (grain) to a large horizontal auger, which in turn directs the grain flow to a vertical auger for unloading. The horizontal augers are driven by the tractor’s PTO (or electrically in the model with an electric motor) through drive stars, which are driven by the tractor’s PTO through a chain of drive shafts and gearboxes. The horizontal augers are driven into the working position by a hydraulic cylinder, which rotates the augers on the rotary wheel. A rotation limiter is installed on the turntable to protect the machine in the transport position from sudden hydraulic system failure. The machine has lighting equipment for transportation on public roads.
