Loaders and unloaders of wagons, barges
BNP-12 reloading hopper
BNP-12 is a transshipment bunker for efficient transportation of grain, seeds, and fertilizers. It receives products from grain trucks, dump trucks, or trailers and delivers them to wagons, grain packaging machines, or spreaders directly in the field, without transshipment at the yard. Powerful horizontal and vertical augers with solid-rolled spirals ensure a uniform flow without damage. The BNP-12 bunker saves time, minimizes losses, and increases the productivity of the farm.

Full set BNP-12 Ark
- Receiving hopper with a capacity of 12 m³ (hopper length: 7 m)
- Hydraulically folding side wall allows side unloading of KAMAZ 55102 trucks without grain spillage
- Mechanism for switching the hopper to transport position for tire size 10/75-15.3
- Two longitudinal feed augers Ø300 mm (flight thickness 8/4 mm, made in Italy)
- Discharge auger Ø400 mm (solid-rolled flight 8/4 mm, made in Italy, capacity 3 t/min, discharge height 4.3 m)
- Screw drive with gearboxes S2100 and IMR4 (Bondioli & Pavesi, Italy)
- Interchangeable drawbar eye Ø90 mm
- PTO shaft included
- In case of emergency shutdown, a slide gate with a cleaning channel is provided for the vertical auger, allowing the hopper to restart without load.
Advantages:
The BNP-12 transfer hopper allows loading a spreader or seeder directly in the field without the need for intermediate handling at a grain yard.
The BNP-12 is primarily designed for the widely used KAMAZ 55102 truck, which is common on most farms. A specially extended intake hopper fits under the gap between the truck’s side and body, preventing grain spillage. Its versatility and wide range of applications make the BNP-12 indispensable for handling mineral fertilizers and seeds, as well as for loading trailers, grain bagging machines, grain dryers, and processing equipment.
The BNP-12 consists of a receiving hopper, three horizontal augers with a metering gate, and one vertical auger. Each auger is equipped with a perfectly centered, solid-rolled flight made of special steel, ensuring gentle handling of grain without damage. The augers are powered by the tractor PTO (e.g., T-150K class or equivalent).
Thanks to the metering gate, the BNP-12 can also be used as a temporary storage unit for grain or fertilizers. With a 12 m³ hopper capacity, it can receive a full load from a KAMAZ 55102 truck and transfer it to a height of up to 5.5 m (e.g., into railcars) without loss of productivity. The unit is highly mobile and can be switched from working to transport position within seconds using two hydraulic cylinders (working position – hopper lowered; transport position – raised).
The BNP-12 serves as an intermediate link for transferring grain or fertilizers from a KAMAZ 55102 truck, dump trailer, or tractor-trailer unit to a fertilizer spreader, truck, or railcar. The workflow is simple: the truck arrives, unloads, and leaves.
