Ground reloading bunker BNP-12/E (electric) Ark
The BNP-12/E “Ark” is a modern electric transshipment bunker that increases productivity at elevators, ports, and grain storage facilities. Its large volume and powerful screw system ensure a uniform flow and quick loading. The electric motor minimizes fuel costs and guarantees quiet, stable operation. The hydraulically foldable side allows for unloading KAMAZ-type trucks without spillage, and if necessary, the bunker can operate from the tractor’s PTO. How it works:
They are used for transshipment of grain, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, and fertilizers.

Equipment BNP-12/E Ark
- Receiving hopper with a capacity of 12 cubic meters (hopper length 7 m)
- Hydraulically folding side enables side unloading of KAMAZ 55102 vehicles without spilling grain
- Mechanism for transferring the hopper to the transport position of the tire size 10/75-15.3
- Three horizontal augers Ø 300 mm (spiral thickness 8/4 mm, Italy)
- Vertical auger Ø 400, 500 mm, (solid rolled spiral, 8/4 mm thick, made in Italy)
- Replaceable trailer ring
- Pumping station with hydraulic distributor
- Power supply is 380 V. The augers are driven by an electric motor. Total power:
- with a screw diameter of 400 mm. – 30 kW plus 3.0 kW drive for the hydraulic machine when preparing for work;
- with a screw diameter of 500 mm. – 55 kW plus 3.0 kW drive for the hydraulic machine when preparing for operation.
“The electric Ark operates on a 380 V network. It consists of two electric motors. Depending on the diameter of the unloading auger 400 mm / 500 mm, the total power of the electric motors is 30 kW / 55 kW + 3 kW electric drive of the hydraulic machine in preparation for work, respectively.
If necessary, the electric Ark can be operated from the tractor’s PTO by first removing the drive belts from the electric motor. To drive from the tractor PTO, the electric Ark is equipped with a spline shaft and a cardan for connection to the tractor. The required tractor power is 82-120 hp.
