Loaders and unloaders of wagons, barges
BNP-3 reloading hopper
The BNP-3 transshipment bunker accelerates grain handling, ensuring continuous and precise loading into wagons or barges. The sturdy construction and screw system minimize spillage and losses. The shortened length of the bunker increases maneuverability, while the updated drawbar and swivel wheels facilitate movement along the track. Adjustable components allow operation with various types of transport, making the BNP-3 an effective solution for increasing productivity and saving time.

How it works:
The BNP-3 reloading hopper is a patented development of Kobzarenko Sp. z.o.o. (Poland).
The BNP-3 ground transshipment hopper is designed for loading grain into railroad cars, hoppers from a car in parallel to the car. The hopper also allows grain to be transferred to another vehicle.
They are used for transshipment of grain, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, and fertilizers.
The BNP-3 reloading hopper is designed for loading wagons or simply reloading agricultural products into a car.
The BNP-3 is structurally distinguished by its dimensions – the length of the receiving hopper is reduced to 3 m, which gives the model greater maneuverability.
A design innovation is the presence of a drawbar and swivel wheels for transportation along the track.
The hopper has two directions of movement:
- transport, size 2.5 m on roads;
- working, track dimensions 4.5 m.
The modification of the hopper allows you to receive grain from dump trailers, grain trucks and trucks.
The capacity of the reloader is 250 tons per hour, which allows loading a train car in 20 minutes with continuous grain supply.
