Self-loading bale trailer PT-24
The self-loading semi-trailer PT-24 is designed for quick and efficient collection, transportation, and unloading of bales of straw or hay. The hydraulic fork grabs pick up the rolls, the front wall moves them back, and unloading through the rear side occurs smoothly, without damaging the bales. With a capacity of up to 24 bales and compatibility with tractors from 120 hp, it is an indispensable assistant for large farms.

How it works:
Semi-trailer-truck self-loading PT-24
It is used for picking up and loading with a fork grab, which lifts the bale onto the platform using a hydraulic cylinder. The front wall moves the bale backwards. Unloading is carried out by shifting the bales by the front wall, through the rear hydraulically opening side. Bales slide easily along the guides, maintaining their shape and integrity.
Complete set of PT-24
- Unit on a balancing suspension, half-axle (ADR Italy)
- Trailer ring Ø 90 mm (Scharmuller Austria)
- Brake system pneumatic (single-circuit, dual-circuit), hydraulic
- Fork gripper for bales
- Electrical system 12V
- The front wall, for moving two bales at the same time, is driven by a WR 160 hydraulic motor (Italy) via chains
- Hydraulic platform lift cylinder for easy unloading
- Tires size: – 16.5/70-18 (load 3.2 tons at 40 km/h) – 600/50-22.5 (load 6 tons at 40 km/h)
Note:
- E – European standard (for bales of 1.2-1.5 m);
- R – extended platform (for bales 1.5-1.8 m)
The chain conveyor is located in a closed niche, which completely eliminates the contact of the chain with the bales and damage to the threads
