Straw processing equipment
McHale V6750 baler wagon
McHale V6750 is a professional baler with high productivity that automatically picks up feed from the field and forms dense bales. The machine operates stably even on heavy crops and large areas. Convenient control, a sturdy frame, and a reliable baling mechanism make the V6750 an optimal choice for farms that want to quickly and efficiently collect hay and straw. The simplicity of aggregation with tractors increases work productivity.

How it works:
Mc Hale V-6750 (V660) baler with knives
The Mc Hale V6750 round bale baler with interchangeable chamber and knives (15/25) is designed to provide the highest operator comfort and versatility, as well as maximize efficiency and reduce maintenance intervals.
– High productivity of the press – 50-60 rolls per hour.
– High bale pressing density, which ensures the production of high-quality feed.
– Automatic progressive bearing lubrication system serviced by a specially designed twin pump.
– A reliable electronic control system that provides clear information about the machine’s operation.
– Compact – the machine is only 4.8 m long.
All Mc Hale machines in the V6 series are equipped with a field-proven, drop-bottom jamming system that provides effective jam removal. The rotor on all V6 machines is welded on both sides for increased strength, and the rotor on the drive side is equipped with a long-life double row bearing. McHale V6 models are equipped with a continuous oil supply system.
“Kobzarenko Plant offers for sale high-quality, reliable modern equipment for processing straw before it is stored or used directly – the specialized McHale V6750 series baler is one of these units. This machine is equipped with a double drive of the pressing chamber, which allows it to work perfectly even in the most difficult weather conditions.
Thanks to its convenient dimensions of 4800x2550x2750 and a working speed of 20 km/h, the maneuverable baler operates with an average productivity of 50-60 bales per hour, which allows one person to prepare 500 bales of straw per day. This is an indisputable advantage of this model, which allows using this unit not only on large land plots, but also on small cultivated black soil.
This type of mechanism is perfect for making bales of straw, hay and any fresh green grass mass. The finished bale weighs from 100 to 850 kg, depending on the selected feedstock. The dimensions of the finished roll can be adjusted from 0.7 m to 1.68 m, which is very convenient for further storage and further use as intended.
The wrapping equipment and bale density can be adjusted from the tractor cab using the Expert Plus control unit. The control panel also sets the amount of wrapping net per bale. It can vary from 1 to 6 layers per bale. The amount of netting is automatically adjusted to different bale diameters.
Additional functional advantages of the Expert Plus control panel on the baler:
– selection of one of three types of forage: silage, hay and straw. Each type has its own density/number of meshes/diameter settings so that the machine can easily switch between modes without additional settings.
– The McHale V6750 is equipped with forage flow indicators that show the driver via the control panel which side of the chamber to fill. The indicators ensure that the best bale shape is achieved when working with light windrows.
– The roll dispensing sensor informs the driver that the roll has left the chamber and been transferred to the dispensing mechanism.
– The density can be set in the range of 1 – 10 using the control panel. A value of 8 is sufficient to produce good tight bales. A higher value may be necessary when working with wet material.
– the reflection of knives.
– indication of the lowering bottom and door position
– lubrication signal
– grid and lubrication meters
The baler is equipped with an additional option in the form of a chopper with fifteen knives.
Regarding the bale discharge mechanism – when the finished bale is released from the chamber, a powerful discharge mechanism ensures that the netted, dense bale is cleanly separated from the machine. The high-strength axle design provides greater ground clearance, and the 8-pin axle configuration can withstand even the most difficult ground conditions.
The McHale V660 series baler is equipped with a continuous oil supply system that is activated by the gearbox and provides the required amount of oil to the following chains:
– chains of the bale chamber on the drive side
– rotor drive chain
– drive chains of the pickup
– working surface of the pickup cam.
3 simple steps to remove a blockage on the baler: Lower the bottom. Start the GDP. Raise the bottom:
- If a blockage occurs, the operator receives a signal from the slip clutch, which can then be hydraulically lowered from the tractor cab.
- The feeder channel is expanding, and after the launch of the GDP, the congestion may move further.
- Then the bottom can be lifted and the pressing can continue.
On Mc Hale V6750 balers, the lowering bottom is equipped with a sensor that notifies the operator via the control panel that the bottom is lowered.
