How it works:

The RS-2400 drum silage leveler is designed for fast and even distribution of green mass.

• The diameter of the roller is 900 mm.
• The diameter of the roller with blades is 1,230 mm.
• The working width is 2,410 mm.
• The required power is from 170 hp.
• The drive is a hydraulic motor.
• The machine is equipped with a front linkage.

The silage is spread and leveled in an even thin layer 20-30 cm thick.

The spreader works with the silage mass in the direction of the tractor. The spreading drum rotates against the tractor’s direction of travel and thus throws the silage in front of it until it is completely distributed. The machine can be used for spreading large volumes of silage, e.g. from a large dump truck. At the same time, the leveled silage has a high density, which allows the use of lighter tractors for this operation and thus saves fuel.

For better distribution of the silage mass, the silage leveler is equipped with a 20-degree swivel mechanism to the right and left of the tractor’s centerline. The height adjustment is carried out by means of the tractor hitch.

Advantages of the RS-2400 silage leveler:
