How it works:
The universal 3-axle trolley is designed for transportation of grain, corn, rapeseed, soybean, sunflower harvesters of Olimac Drago, Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, Claas and other manufacturers.
Maneuverability is achieved due to the reinforced steering wheel, and stability on the road is provided by 6 Italian ADR axles with 6 studs, each with a load capacity of 2 tons.
- The 200×200 profile tube ensures the rigidity of the system throughout the trailer.
- The balanced front suspension prevents the header from spinning on uneven ground.
- The variable tilt angle allows you to adapt to each type of header in minutes.
- Optional lashing system with lashing straps
- The design is intended for transportation of equipment on highways, dirt roads and fields.
Features of the three-axle trolley:
- Enlarged and reinforced rotary wheel;
- The 3-axle bogie provides stability on the road in case of a wheel breakdown (the harvester will not roll over);
- The new model allows you to load the longest headers from the largest combines. The carrying capacity is 6 tons.
- It is equipped with inertial brakes. The braking mechanism is mounted in the drawbar and is based on the rolling principle. The harder the combine or tractor brakes, the more inertia is transferred to the trolley and it brakes.
