The ROD-12 spreader is designed for fast and even application of organic fertilizers over large areas. Vertical beaters allow for uniform distribution of even dense animal-based material, while the adjustable rear wall ensures precise dosing. The sturdy hopper and reliable construction guarantee long operation without frequent stops and increase the efficiency of fertilizer use.

How it works:
Kobzarenko Plant LLC presents a new development – ROD-12 organic fertilizer spreader
- carrying capacity of 10 tons (volume 12m3 – with 15m3 patches)
- wheels 650-65 R30.5 BKT
- for tractors with 150-200 hp.
Features of the ROD-12 fertilizer spreader:
- The conveyor drive is hydraulic.
- The fertilizer is delivered by a 1300 mm wide chain conveyor (16 mm rolled chain). If heavy foreign objects enter the trailer, a sensor is triggered to stop the conveyor from moving.
- Grazeoli vertical spreading beaters with blades are made of special wear-resistant steel and provide a spreading width of 7-12 m.
- the rear wall is hydraulically adjustable and the operator adjusts the application rate using the tractor’s hydraulic system
- spreads poultry manure, compost, manure, peat, lime and other types of solid organic fertilizers.
Vertical beaters are designed for farms where it is necessary to distribute the densest mass obtained as a result of dairy or fodder production. Compared to machines with horizontal beaters, vertical beaters distribute the mass more evenly and over a wider width (7-12 m, depending on the parameters of the mass to be applied).
The rear wall is hydraulically adjustable for setting the application rate.
