How it works:
- The bar and slat conveyor ensures the delivery of any fertilizer, even caked fertilizers, without hanging in the body, additionally crushing the clods during delivery. The drive of the conveyor from the spreader wheel ensures complete dependence of the amount of fertilizer supplied to the plates in accordance with the speed of the machine. For high fertilizer application rates, the conveyor can be driven by the tractor PTO (optional);
- The discs (Rauch, Germany) are made of stainless alloy steel and are resistant to corrosion and wear. Thanks to two differently sized 400 mm and 600 mm vanes (with variable angle of attack), they spread mineral fertilizers evenly over a width of up to 24 meters;
- To ensure uniform distribution of mineral fertilizers, maintaining a constant application rate and working width, a hydraulic mechanism for driving the plates through gearboxes manufactured by Bondioli and Pavesi (Italy) with adjustable lubricant flow is used, which allows you to set a constant rotation speed of the plates regardless of the tractor engine speed. The fertilizer supply – from the conveyor to the center of the spreading disc – has particular advantages because the speed in this sector is the lowest and fertilizer damage is minimal, while ensuring smooth centrifugal acceleration. This is crucial for precise spreading;
- Wide profile tires reduce soil compaction and allow the machine to be used in the most difficult conditions;
- Spring-less brake axle ADR (Italy) 80×80 mm, (two (one) circuit pneumatic or hydraulic brake system);
- The large angle of inclination of the hopper walls ensures that materials are discharged even on steep slopes;
- Trailer ring ø40, ø50;
- Mechanical support of the drawbar.
