How it works:
The ZPM-180 is designed for packing grain into polyethylene bags for subsequent outdoor storage. The grain should be bagged at standard moisture levels. The storage period is up to 18 months.
ZPM-180 equipment:
- Principle of operation: grain is poured into the receiving hopper, which is fed into a plastic bag by an auger, the auger is driven by the tractor’s PTO with a capacity of 80 hp through a reducer;
- A tunnel for a bag with a diameter of 2700 mm;
- A bag-dressing mechanism;
- A loading auger Ø 400 mm, a capacity of 5 t/min;
- The receiving hopper has a size of 1.5×2.5 m;
- A coupling device Ø 50 mm;
- Tire size 10/75-15.3;
- A tray for adjusting the bag fixation;
- A mechanical and hydraulic brake system for adjusting the packing density;
- The packing density is controlled using a pressure gauge mounted on a hydraulic cylinder;
- A power take-off shaft of the 6th size;

LLC “Kobzarenko Plant” offers polymer grain bags (silos) of Ukrainian and European production and provides grain bagging equipment for rent. The cost of storing 1 ton of grain when renting the ZPM-180 grain bagging machine with an operator is 190 UAH/t (including the bag).
