The tracked PBN-50 is a specialized solution for challenging field conditions where wheeled equipment may be ineffective. Equipped with wide tracks, it minimizes soil compaction and prevents sinking on wet ground, preserving field structure while allowing transportation of up to 38 tons of grain in a single trip. Its large 50 m³ capacity and fast unloading significantly improve harvesting logistics efficiency even under demanding conditions.

How it works:
“Kobzarenko Plant has developed Ukraine’s first tracked hopper reloader.
The PBN-50 reloading hopper is designed to improve the logistics of grain transportation from a working combine to a storage location or to a grain truck at the edge of the field. The hopper is capable of removing the crop from the field in extreme and difficult conditions.
The wide and long tracks make it possible to avoid sinking and tearing the frame. This solution reduces soil compaction compared to the wheeled version, and leaves virtually no furrows, which then affects the quality of tillage both in the fall and spring.
The hopper volume is 50m3, which allows you to transport up to 38 tons of cargo. The large capacity of the hopper allows you to collect the contents of the hoppers of several combines, transport it at once and unload it in just 2-3 minutes. By using one storage hopper for 2-3 combines during grain harvesting, you will effectively replace one more combine, as the combines unload into the hopper on the go, which allows you to speed up the planned work.

Each PBN-50 crawler hopper is equipped with a hydraulic slide gate, which opens with the help of a hydraulic cylinder and protects the horizontal auger from peak loads and regulates the grain supply. On the front wall of the body there is a mechanical sensor that shows the opening of the slide gate and 2 viewing windows that control the loading of the hopper.
