Chaser bin PBN-16
The PBN-16 Kobzarenko loader is a powerful and efficient solution for field work, which significantly increases the productivity of the grain harvesting campaign. With a body volume of 16 m³ and a load capacity of over 11,250 kg, it is easily aggregated with a tractor with a power of 120 hp or more, follows the combine and receives grain on the go, which allows the machine to work without stopping and process significantly more hectares per day. Loaded grain can be quickly reloaded into trucks right in the field, optimizing logistics and reducing combine and transport downtime. Such integration with farm machinery allows you to maximize the potential of the most powerful combines and significantly reduce harvesting time.

How it works:
We offer a hopper reloader – the best solution for harvesting grain in the field. This reloader is easily connected to the tractor (via a PTO shaft) and follows the combine to take in the harvest immediately. The combine can work without stopping, as the reloader hopper takes the grain from the combine on the go. The reloading hopper then transfers the grain to grain trucks waiting at the edge of the field, so the combine can process an additional 10-14 hectares per day. The use of the PBN-16 reloading hopper allows you to optimize the potential of the most powerful combine harvesters.

Use of a semitrailer during harvesting
During harvesting, this semitrailer is used as a storage hopper. It takes grain from the combine and transfers it to trucks or other vehicles. The use of PBN-16 makes it possible to reduce the vehicle fleet and reduce its downtime and the downtime of the combine. The efficiency of using the PBN-16 increases with large distances between the field and the current (elevator). Another advantage of the reloading semitrailer over the car is that the tractor has greater cross-country ability on a wet field. Given that precipitation often falls during harvest, this advantage is significant.
The use of a semi-trailer during the sowing season
Each wide-cutting seeder has its own loading auger, but it stands under loading for 30-40 minutes, due to the low productivity of this auger, and sowing is always a hot time, every minute is worth its weight in gold.
“Kobzarenko Plant offers a PBN-16 reloading semitrailer that will reduce the downtime of the seeder, its capacity is 3 tons per minute It takes no more than five minutes to load such a PBN-16 seeder. The use of a semi-trailer saves you up to 20-30 minutes at each refueling of the seeder.
Use of a semi-trailer for loading mineral fertilizers
With a capacity of 3 tons per minute, the PBN-16 semitrailer will quickly load any fertilizer spreader. For example, let’s take a 12-ton MVU-12 fertilizer spreader, and the semitrailer will take no more than 6-7 minutes to load it, but this is provided that the fertilizer is well-flowing and not caked. This semitrailer will not overload stale, stony fertilizers. After using the PBN-16 for loading fertilizers, the semitrailer must be thoroughly cleaned of mineral fertilizer residues to extend its service life. It is strictly forbidden to store mineral fertilizers in it, which, when moisture gets in, react with the metal and corrode it.
