Belt conveyor ST-22
The ST-22 belt conveyor is designed for fast, reliable, and safe loading and unloading of grain, fertilizers, and bulk materials. With a 1.2 m wide and 22 m long belt, it can lift material to a height of up to 9 m without damaging it. The chevron belt ensures stable movement, while the electric drive provides automated and continuous operation. The ST-22 significantly saves time, increases productivity, and reduces manual labor when handling large volumes of products.

How it works Belt Conveyor:
The belt conveyor is electrically driven. The grain is fed into the receiving hopper and then transported by the belt conveyor to the required height. A corrugated sleeve or metal box is attached to the upper chamber for convenient unloading.
The chassis is springless and consists of a pair of wheels with 14.0/65-16 tyres.
The ST-22 belt conveyor is a new development by the engineering department of Kobzarenko.

The ST-22 belt conveyor is used for handling grain and other bulk mixtures. It is essential equipment for the efficient loading and transport of goods over long distances. The loader’s capacity is up to 300 t/h (depending on the angle of inclination). In the working position, the ST-22 can be adjusted to a discharge height of 4 to 9 metres. The length from the front wheels to the discharge chamber is 12–13 m (depending on the conveyor’s angle of inclination). Reinforced hydraulic cylinders ensure lifting and lowering during operation. The belt conveyor is made of high-quality steel, ensuring its durability and wear resistance. It is driven by a drum motor. The conveyor has a deadweight of 6,000 kg.

The ST-22 belt conveyor is used where grain damage must be avoided, and ensures unimpeded loading of barges, wagons, hangars, vehicles, as well as large vessels and ships. The conveyor is designed to operate at ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C.
The conveyor can be loaded by vehicles and BNP-12 ground-based transfer hoppers
