Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in customer service management;
- Work experience in the field of automotive or special equipment will be an advantage;
- Experience in team management, motivation, and work organization;
- Responsibility, initiative, leadership skills, courage and determination.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the service desk team: control, motivation, mentoring;
- Sales management of services and spare parts (sales analysis, customer base, competitor monitoring, receivables control);
- Organizing field service (logistics, tools and equipment for field teams, planning the workload of service engineers);
- Participation in negotiations with key clients, control of the proper level of service, and prompt feedback;
- Establishing, optimizing and standardizing service processes, as well as interaction with other departments;
- Budgeting of the department, reporting, solving operational tasks.
Working conditions:
- Work in a stable company with 30 years of experience and its own production facilities;
- Official employment;

- Working hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (lunch break 12:00-13:00).
