2024

The year 2024 was marked by the restructuring of the company and the creation of the Kobzarenko Group of Enterprises.

A new management model was introduced:

• New directors were appointed at the plants in Lipovaya Dolyna, Poland and Romny;
• the Supervisory Board was formed and headed by Dmytro and Maria Kobzarenko.

The Supervisory Board makes all key strategic decisions, approves investment projects, manages the transformation process, and monitors the operational efficiency of the enterprises.
