Grain packing machine ZRM-180
ZRM-180 is a reliable grain unloading machine for fast and even unloading of grain, feed, and other bulk fractions from polyethylene bags. The machine forms a lossless flow, has an optional receiving hopper, a screw system, and a coupling for quick bag release. The PTO drive from an 80 hp tractor ensures stable operation, and the compact design allows working with closely packed bags. Complete set of ZRM-180:
- Application: The ZRM-180 is used for dumping grain and bulk fractions (feed, etc.) stored in plastic bags.
- How it works: it winds the bag onto the roller and unloads the grain from it.
- Frame: steel, coated with weather-resistant anti-corrosion paint.
- Discharge auger: 400 mm in diameter (capacity 180 t/h), hydraulically folded by means of a hydraulic cylinder, discharge height 4300 mm.
- Horizontal auger: diameter 300 mm. The augers are driven through two gearboxes.
- Additional auger: 250 mm in diameter. For increased productivity in low-flowing cereals.
- Bag winding mechanism: consists of an RT300 bag winding mechanism gearbox (made in Italy), a hydraulic drive and a valve for adjusting the speed of the hydraulic motor. There is also a coupling for quick release of the bag after unloading grain from it.
- Drawbar: bottom-mounted, 50 mm in diameter, with mechanical support.
- Support wheels: 400/60 R15.5 – 2 pcs.
- PTO shaft of the sixth size.
- The transformation mechanism is a reel turn (without dismantling the wheels).
- Autonomous hydraulic power plant for driving horizontal augers.
- Screw canopy (adjusts the height of the grain flow).
Driven by tractor PTO, 80 hp.
The width of the wheels during transportation and in operation is not more than 2500 mm. It is maximally adapted for unpacking bags placed less than 1 meter from each other.
